Welcome to IkigaiSofty. We want you to love your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and replacements are accepted for our soft toys.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The soft toy must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or washed soft toys

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear

  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective upon arrival)

  • Gift cards (if applicable)


3. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos (for damaged or defective items)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Exchanges & Replacements

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered by IkigaiSofty.

  • For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


7. International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees paid on international orders are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses during international return shipping.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider

9. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before shipment.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
