The soft toy must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact

5. Exchanges & Replacements

6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered by IkigaiSofty.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

7. International Orders

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees paid on international orders are non-refundable.
